Hi, I’m Jessica a certified IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), Health Coach helping women manage their Midlife symptoms.

Together we focus on:

  • reduce sugar cravings

  • improve the quality of sleep

    I work with clients to identify their health goals, develop a Midlife Action Plan in movement and nutrition that meets the client exactly where they're, without dietary dogma. I believe in simple, actionable health tweaks that actually work.
